What are your pickup and delivery hours?
Our convenient pickup and delivery service operates every weekday, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the West Sacramento area. When booking online, you will choose a 60-minute window (e.g., 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM) that works best for your schedule.
How do I schedule a pickup for my clothes?
Scheduling is easy! Simply click the "Schedule Your Pickup Now" button on our page, select your desired service (Dry Cleaning, Wash & Fold, etc.), choose an available time slot, and provide your address and any necessary access details (gate code, concierge, specific drop-off location).
How much notice do you need for a pickup?
We require a minimum of one day's notice (24 hours) for all new pickups. This ensures our route managers have adequate time to plan the most efficient routes and guarantee on-time service for all our customers.
Do you offer alteration services?
Yes, Lowe's Dry Cleaners & Alterations offers expert garment alteration services. When scheduling your pickup, please use the Notes section to describe the alteration needed (e.g., trouser cuff adjustment, hemline shortening), and our team will follow up with you if we require more details. Your clothes will be returned cleaned, pressed, and perfectly fitted.
Where should I leave my items for pickup?
For a seamless service, please place your items in a dedicated bag and leave them in a secure, accessible location (e.g., front porch, behind a storm door, with a building's concierge). Please detail the location in the instructions box when you book your appointment.
How long does the service take (turnaround time)?
Standard dry cleaning and wash & fold services typically require 48 hours (two business days). For example, items picked up Monday morning will be delivered Wednesday morning. Alterations may require additional time, and we will contact you with an estimate.
How is Wash & Fold priced?
Our Wash & Fold service is priced by the pound. You will be billed accurately once your items have been picked up, weighed, and processed at our facility. We will always confirm the total before payment.
